Yesterday, a video of a pink Pixel 9 the rounds on the internet, but the device was turned off. Now, a new video has surfaced showing the screen on. Okay, this may not be the same device as yesterday, but it does have the same Peony color.

The video shows off the vanilla Google Pixel 9 from all angles. The main feature to note is the dual-camera setup on the back – this year Google will also offer a smaller Pro model with three cameras (and a slightly larger display, 6.34” vs. 6.24”, but that would be hard to tell without a side-by-side comparison).

And the phone is on, you briefly see the home screen, Gmail and Settings. Not much to see of course, because this is the familiar Pixel UI. There are some important changes comes with Android 15, with improved multitasking on large screens, but that will have more of an impact on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold than the vanilla model.

Anyway, the phone in the video appears to be set to the Obsidian wallpaper instead of the Peony wallpaper, which is the wallpaper that matches the pink exterior. Here’s a look at the backgroundswhich leaked a while ago and revealed the color options for the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL, and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.

Google to unveil Pixel 9 series on August 13.
