On the first day of each month, AnTuTu publishes two charts for the previous months, one showing the best performing top smartphones, the other focusing on upper mid-range devices. October is just around the corner, so let’s see what the chart situation is for September.

The Red Magic 9S Pro+ has once again topped the high-end list, while the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has managed to climb to second place. It is followed by the Redmi K70, iQOO Neo9S Pro+, iQOO Neo9S Pro, iQOO Z9 Turbo+, iQOO 12, vivoX100, OnePlus 12And OnePlus Ace3 Pro.

Compared to Augustthe vivo X100 Ultra And X100Pro have left the Top 10, replaced by the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ and the iQOO 12. As you can see, this time there are no Oppo devices in the graph, nor Xiaomis, which indicates that these brands are not very focused on optimizing performance in benchmarks like this.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version is still leading, at least until the 8 Gen 4 and the Dimensity 9400 arrive later this month. As the people of AnTuTu say, it is now the calm before the storm. Of the Top 10, six devices are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the remaining four by the Dimensity 9300 or 9300+.

Moving on to the upper midrange space, the OnePlus Ace3V continues to lead, followed by the Realme GT Neo6 SE, Redmi K70E, Realme GT Neo5 SE, Redmi Note 12 Turbo, iQOO Z8And iQOO Neo7 SEmaking the Top 7 identical to last month’s. The changes come in the three remaining positions, with the Redmi Note 12T Pro climbing one spot to number 8, the iQOO Z9 being ninth, and the recently launched Redmi Note 14 Pro+ conquering the tenth position.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 is still the king of this space, powering the devices occupying the top two positions. The only real alternative is the Dimensity 8300-Ultra, which comes in third. The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, Dimensity 8200, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 simply cannot compete at the top of this list, so they are relegated to the lower positions.

These AnTuTu charts show each model’s average score in September, and exclude devices with fewer than 1,000 runs. The data comes exclusively from China.
