LG has unveiled its latest OLED gaming monitor: the 27GX790A UltraGear. This is a 27-inch WOLED screen (White OLED) with QHD resolution (2,560 x 1,440) and a record refresh rate of 480 Hz – the highest refresh rate on a QHD OLED monitor to date. Please note that you will need a graphics card that supports DisplayPort 2.1 to achieve the maximum fps values.
LG 27GX790A UltraGear gaming monitor
In addition to the record refresh rate, LG’s latest gaming monitor features the company’s Anti-Glare & Low Reflection (AGLR) coating, which delivers great viewing angles. LG promises a maximum brightness of 1,300 nits and a coverage of the DCI-P3 color spectrum of 98.5%.
The new monitor supports Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro with a response time of 0.03 ms.

I/O includes 1x DisplayPort 2.1, 2x HDMI 2.1, USB 3.0 (1 upstream, 2 downstream) and a headphone output (DTS Headphone:X). You also get a height-adjustable stand that can tilt up to 15 degrees and swivel up to 30 degrees.
LG 27GX790A UltraGear is priced at $1,000 with pre-orders expected to ship in late December.
