Back mid-July Canalys has released smartphone market share figures for the second quarter (April to June). At the time, however, it did not also publish the actual number of shipments per brand. Fortunately, that has been remedied today.

We now know that total sales reached 288.9 million units, up 12% from Q2 2023. The market has now been growing for three consecutive quarters.
