The CMF Phone 1 is set to launch on July 8, so Nothing has just a few days left to make final preparations for the launch. This includes obtaining certification from regulators such as the NBTC.

That certification lists the phone as CMF by Nothing, model Phone 1 (A015). That exact model number also appears in the Geekbench database. The benchmark lists an Android 14 phone with 8GB of RAM and a “Tetris” motherboard.

We don’t have to guess, Nothing ourselves already confirmed that the CMF Phone 1 is powered by the Size 7300 chipset with 8 GB RAM (+8 GB virtual RAM).

MediaTek’s naming scheme is a bit confusing, but the Dimensity 7200 Pro in the Nothing Phone (2a) is actually more powerful than the 7300 in both the CPU and GPU tests. The Geekbench score is quite high for a 7300, especially the single-core result.

Nothing has confirmed additional details about the CMF Phone 1 and the two accessories launching alongside it, the CMF Buds Pro 2 and CMF Watch Pro 2. The phone gets a Sony-made 50MP camera with an f/1.8 lens and Ultra XDR image processing.
