HMD is apparently getting ready to launch a new flip phone. This is called HMD Icon Flip 1 and the specs were leaked today, along with the images which you can see in the X post embedded below.
The phone has a 2.8-inch main screen (inside), a 1.7-inch outer screen, a 2MP fixed focus camera and a 1500mAh removable battery. As you may have gathered by now, this isn’t a smartphone – it’s a feature phone with S30+ with cloud app support.

It has 48MB of RAM and 128MB of storage and is powered by the Unisoc T127 chipset. It supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0 and has a 3.5mm headphone jack. The HMD Icon Flip 1 is offered in Magenta, Bleen and Glossy Black.
Actually, this seems like a slightly updated, speculative version of the Nokia 2660 Flip launching in 2022, but (of course) without the Nokia brand and with HMD’s typical bold color scheme (with black being the savior for those who can’t stand HMD’s pink tones).
It’s unclear exactly when this new phone will launch or how much it will cost, but obviously don’t expect it to be expensive given what’s on offer here.
