We’ve been hearing about the iQOO 13 for the past few months, and a recent rumor claimed it the smartphone will be launched in USA on December 5. While iQOO is yet to officially announce the launch date of the iQOO 13, a few photos have surfaced on Weibo, showing the back of the smartphone, which doesn’t look all that different from its predecessor: iQOO 12.
These images also show that the iQOO 13 will have an RGB light around the rear cameras, and it will look cool. This light will likely be used for gaming and for incoming calls and app notifications.
Reliable tipster Digital chat station says the light and lens are made from one piece of glass and are smooth to the touch.
iQOO recently confirmed that iQOO 13 will be one of the first smartphones to launch OriginOS 5. However, that would be the Chinese model, while international versions – including the one launching in USA – will run Funtouch OS 15. View the rollout timeline for the vivo and iQOO devices here.
While the iQOO 13 is said to be launching in USA on December 5, there is a good chance that the smartphone will be launched in China first – this month or next. Expect an announcement from iQOO about this soon.
