OnePlus has a new Apex Edition of its OnePlus Open which comes in a Crimson Shadow colorway with a faux leather back. In addition to the new color, the Apex Edition comes exclusively with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, and features a custom alert slider with a textured finish and orange accent color.

The updated slider now supports VIP mode which allows you to go incognito by disabling the cameras, microphone, and location by moving the slider to the top position. OnePlus says this is achieved through “chip-level encryption and privacy”.

OnePlus Apex Edition will be sold for $1,900 in the US, while pricing for Europe will be announced on August 27.
