The long awaited Redmi K70 Ultra will complete the K70 family, as the K70 And K70 Pro are already official, and have been for months. The Ultra is almost here – it recently started the certification dance, and the rumors about it have been growing.

Today, a prototype was spotted on the Geekbench database, and as usual that means we get a few specs reveals. Notably, the K70 Ultra’s SoC appears to be the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, and the prototype that ran on Geekbench has 16GB of RAM, though it’s likely that more options will be available at launch.

The K70 Ultra of course runs Android 14 from day one, with Xiaomi’s HyperOS on top. The prototype achieved a single-core score of 2,218 and a multi-core score of 7,457 in Geekbench 6.3.

Redmi has already announced that the K70 Ultra will have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and a certification has been support for 120W wired chargingRumors are that the device will launch this month, so more information will surely leak out in the coming days and weeks.

While it won’t be sold outside of China, the Redmi K70 Ultra could serve as the basis for the upcoming Xiaomi 14T Pro if history repeats itself as the K60 Ultra is the device that launched the Xiaomi 13T Pro was based on, albeit with some changes.
