Last week, a rumor told us that the Galaxy S25 Ultra would be the same battery capacity of 5,000 mAh as his predecessorand in a world where many of Samsung’s competitors have now surpassed that number, that wasn’t good news.
Today, however, we have better news. According to prolific Chinese leaker Ice Universe, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with 16GB of RAM. It also appears that all storage versions of the phone will get 16GB of RAM, just as all storage versions of the S24 Ultra came with 12GB.

So Samsung still won’t be playing the Chinese game of tying specific RAM amounts to specific storage amounts for its flagship devices. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to come with a huge redevelopment compared to its predecessor, with rounded corners that don’t dent your palm.
It should also enjoy some nice things major camera upgradesso all in all it seems like an exciting release even though it’s still over five months before the announcement takes place.
