The often rumored Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special EditionUntil recently known as the Galaxy Z Fold Slim or Galaxy Z Fold Ultra, a new rumor today suggests it will indeed get S Pen support.
This contradicts an earlier rumor that claimed it wouldn’t support Samsung’s stylus. Of course, we can’t vouch for the validity of either rumor, so take them both with a grain of salt.
Also keep in mind that S Pen support, if it does work out, doesn’t mean the phone will have a dedicated internal slot for the stylus, just that you’ll be able to use it on the device – in the same way as on the Galaxy Z Fold6.
Unfortunately, a foldable device like this simply doesn’t have enough internal space to integrate the S Pen like the S24 Ultra could. Or rather, if that were to happen, either the battery capacity would be greatly reduced or the phone would become much larger – or both.
The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will a 200 MP main cameraand it will be only 4.9mm thick when unfolded and 10.6mm thick when folded. The inner screen will be 8″, the cover screen 6.5″.
