The OnePlus 13 is expected to launch in October and the phone has just been tested on CPU benchmark Geekbench, shedding more light on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip that will power the flagship. According to the listing, it will score over 10,000 points in multi-core score and will have dual core clusters — 2x 4.32GHz + 6x 3.53GHz.

These numbers sound insanely high, even when we consider that the new SoC will be built on TSMC’s smallest and most power-efficient 3nm process technology. There’s a good chance that these numbers are misrepresented or simply incorrect, as such clock speeds would make the new Snapdragon extremely hot.

The benchmark list also revealed that the OnePlus 13 would come with Android 15 out of the box and have an optional 16GB of RAM.

We’re expecting an Adreno 830 GPU that’s reportedly clocked at 1,250MHz, which is 25-30% higher than the Adreno 750 on current Snapdragon versions. If the rumors turn out to be true, this would be another impressive jump in performance.

OnePlus 13 is also expected to have a 6,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, but the device will get thinner as the company moves to Si-C cells. The display is said to be a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED with QHD resolution and an under-bezel ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
