Some enterprising souls have already tried it, with some decent initial results. The Nothing team has also detailed the screws it uses to hold the back in place, so if you’re into 3D stuff, this is your time to shine.
The company kindly asks the forum members to share their creations, as the team may eventually select a few and put them into mass production.
It all started with a message on Xwhere someone suggested a collector card holder for the CMF Phone 1. Nothing founder and CEO Carl Pei stepped in and just a few hours later the documentation was made public. That’s one of the advantages of being a startup – there were no layers upon layers of middle managers having to hold endless meetings to decide whether to approve such a move.
